Rachael Culver-Dodds TRE Tension & Trauma Release.
Rachael’s dream was to become a surgeon like her relatives. However this wasn't to be. Instead the Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron of the RAF auxiliaries, (serving in the first Gulf War) & teaching ultimately brought her to TRE. "I was captivated by TRE the very first time I encountered it. We went just for a novelty, a laugh, something to do. But what happened was very powerful: the shaking we all felt in our bodies was so calming, so easy, and so deeply mysterious." Rachael has since taught this wonderful technique to hundreds of people of all ages.
What is TRE?
TRE is a fairly new approach to health and healing. It stands for Tension and Trauma Release Exercises, created by Dr David Berceli over 25 years ago and now used worldwide.
In a nutshell, 7 gentle exercises induce natural tremors that people really seem to enjoy. It is easy to do: all you need is a qualified teacher and then the time and space to practice.
Yes! Nothing in: nothing out. TRE is a natural, safe and effective way for people who prefer not to use drugs to release the effects of tension and trauma (including excess fight/flight hormones) from the body.
Added to that, once learnt, TRE is a technique that you can use for the rest of your life with ease to remain in a state of calm, peace and joy.
Lindsay Fieldhouse BioResonance
Lindsay works from her own clinic, The Halo Acupuncture Clinic in Wetherby. Trained in Traditional Chinese Acupuncture (TCM) & Japanese Acupuncture, Dr Tan's Balance Method & Paediatric Acupuncture, along with Bioresonance therapy and Nutrition.
What is BioResonance?
Every cell, tissue and organ within our body has its own distinct frequency due to the rotational spin of the atoms within its cells, biofeedback systems allow us to analyse this magnetic vortex. The brain acts as the mainframe for communication within the body and sends instructions via the spinal cord and nervous system. As long as there is a connection between the brain and nervous system, biofeedback systems can use the brain to assess the information it is sending. Changes in the wavelengths of tissues and organs can be observed and monitored for pathological changes and bacterial or viral infections. The data allows us to look at the body in that present moment in an objective state and analyse the organs, tissues, cells even the chromosomes in DNA.
Lindsay is bringing along her Bio-resonance machine to offer a full demonstration of how the treatment works and will talk us through the treatment itself, how it works and the benefits of a session.
Sue Bennett Hendrickson Technique.
Sue qualified in Remedial Massage in 1991 and has continued her education to include a vast range of soft tissue techniques becoming a physiotherapist in 2004 and qualifying in Manipulative Therapy in 2002. What is the Hendrickson Method?
Hendrickson Method is an advanced system of massage and manual therapy that combines a remarkable new method of massage called wave mobilization® with joint mobilization and muscle energy technique. It is profoundly relaxing to receive, effortless to perform, and an efficient and effective way to treat acute and chronic pain while promoting optimum health.
